Current News/Issues with Union:
-UAW failed to unionize a Volkswagen plant in Tennessee, which produced bad publicity. The portion of UAW's membership coming from the auto industry will likely shrink, and over time the union may become unrecognizable to those familiar only with its current form.
-From recent news, the Chevy Cruz was called back due to safety issues. Many believed that the source of the problem were the engines, but UAW declared that the engines were not the problem, though they declined to speak on camera, they believe the turbo charger is the issue of the vehicle and will be fixed as soon as possible.
